THE OLD MAN 

IN THE CORNER

In his heart, and that old man is happy just to be in the corner of Gods House.

That old man doesn't play musical instruments, he don't even sing a good tune. 

Sometimes he makes a mistake and everyone looks down at him for causing such a noise in God's House. 

There are some that admonish him and others that just go on by saying nothing. 

Yet only that Old Man knows in his heart how bad it hurt him inside. 

He felt he let the Lord down by making that mistake. 

That Old Man in the corner doesn't ask for much..... just a prayer for him and a smile once in a while.

 Remember that old man LOVES GOD, and all his children. 

Some day that Old Man will be gone, and some will miss him,

 and others will have never known him. God did, 

and now that old man is in Heaven working that sound system for your God and his Angels. 

Yes,  he will make a mistake, but God will smile and say that's all right my son 

 because you were once that Old Man in the corner of my house;

but know you are by my side because you believed in me and tried, my son.
